Service and Support Technician

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for installation of the Electronic and Electronic based Security Systems (Access control, burglar alarms, CCTV etc.).
• Installation of hardware and software systems.
• Performing maintenance tasks.
• Testing and preparation of the equipment for installation.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting.
• To ensure calibration of all necessary equipment.
• Ensure all machines and equipment have service records and are up to date.
• Perform Pre-Delivery inspection on in process parts and assembled according to the specifications.
• Perform inspection on final assembled systems.
• Conduct inspection to ensure that the products are packed according to customers packing requirements and record in pre delivery check sheet.
• Provide timely feedback to respective groups on the problem detected.
• Record all the inspection data in the respective check sheet.
• Assist in document preparation.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information in performing duties.
• Undertake any other related duties as required.


Skills and Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
