How do I place an order?

How will my order be fulfilled?

At this moment, we only offer store pickup as our fulfillment option. Upon completing your purchase, you can arrange to pick up your order directly from our store location during our operating hours. We understand the convenience of delivery, and for those who require it, we also offer Lalamove delivery services upon request. If you prefer to have your order delivered via Lalamove, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements. Our team will be happy to assist you in scheduling your Lalamove delivery for a seamless experience.

What is your return policy?

Once an order has been placed, all goods sold are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items purchased.
